I don’t want to be critical, I am just wondering where do you get your fat from? So far, in what you’ve posted, you are not consuming very much fat… and you seem to be really, really low on total calories per day, too. Please don’t take this as negative; I am a nutrition major, so it’s just something I’m passionate about and something I notice hehe.

Is that Clifford Crunch? If so, I hate to tell you, but it’s not vegan. It has vitamin D3, which is from lanolin.

Wowie!!! That is so exciting! And I am so jealous!! I’m sure you will have such a blast!! Wohoo!! And so sorry your dinner didn’t turn out as planned….I agree with you…besides pizza (who couldn’t love pizza?!), I would go for asian food over italian any day. Happy Wednesday girl!
